Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court records, but the right access point depends on the case type and court level. Wells County uses Circuit Court and Superior Court for the main county trial-court system, while Bluffton City Court handles local city matters. The Wells County Clerk handles many court records, certified copies, marriage records, estates, wills, and older records that may not appear online.
MyCase is useful for public case lookup, but it is not the official court record. Certified copies and missing documents come from the clerk or court office that maintains the file. This site keeps those distinctions clear for Wells County users.
